Question : Please tell me my report is normal. PFB the details:

Volume -3ml
Sperm count -45million/ml
Rapid Progressive-25%
Sluggish Progressive-50%
Immotile-25%

should left varicocele be treated if I am having this report. I have already mentioned that left varicocele is mild, should it be a concern.And am having this from last 5 years, and no discomfort or pain is felt on left testicle. Please let me know if I can become father with this report.
