Brief Answer:
TESA needs to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about azoospermia.

Azoospermia means absence of sperms in your semen. It is important to identify if there is production of sperms in testes.

You can undergo a procedure called testicular biopsy. If there are sperms in the testicular biopsy, it can be used for conceiving by doing a procedure called ICSI ( intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection).

Let me know if you need anymore help.
