Question : Hi doctor from XXXXXXX my semen analysis as below
Volume : 0.5 ml
Color : greyish white
Viscosity : viscid,opaque
Liquefaction time : 30 min
Reaction/pH : 8.0
Fructose(qualitative) : Present
Sperm Count : 34 million's/ml
Agglutination : Absent
Progressive motility : 60 percent
Non Progressive motility : 10 percent
Non motile : 30 percent
Morphology normal forms : 10 percent
Morphology abnormal forms : 90 percent
Pus cells : 4-6/HPF
Epithelial cells : 1-2/HPF
Spermatogenic cells : nil
RBC : nil
Impression : normozoospermia

Please help how to I increase my sperm volume

Greetings
First of all ,how many days abstinence was there before collecting semen ? Ideally 3 to 5 days should be there.
If you are masterbating daily or intercourse,the volume can decrease.Avoid the possibility of spillage.
If there was no spillage and 3 to 5 days gap was there ,you will need an andrology consultation.Any genital infection like epididymoorchitis,seminal vesiculitis or prostatitis etc.has to be ruled out.
You can try measuring volume with 3 days and 5 days gap.

Hi, Welcome back,

I have seen the scan report. There is normal.Grade 1 varicocele and cyst in epididymis is normally seen and will not cause any problems.

As I've suggested, repeat the semen analysis with 4 to 5 days gap. If it's still low you have to consult an XXXXXXX
