Brief Answer:
It means there is some infections in your genital system

Detailed Answer:
Hi
GREETINGS,

WBC's or pus cells more than 5 per high power field indicates infection in your genital system like prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis or epididymoorchitis.

So you can consult an XXXXXXX or urologist and get a physical examination done to rule out infection. If no infection, then repeat semen analysis from a different reputed laboratory.

There can be variations from lab to lab.
Hope my answer helps you.
