Brief Answer:
IVF

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi! welcome to HealthCareMagic.
As i can see , the pituitary gonadal axis is normal. Testosterone levels are normal. So erection and sexual activity should not be the problem. But because of aspermatogenesis, fathering a child must be a challenge. so for that you can seek support from IVF centres.
