What Does The Following Semen Analysis Result Indicate?

Question: got semen analysis
result as follow
Abstinence - 3 days
phy. exam
Amount - 2.0 ml
appearance- Opaque white, Viscous, not liquified til 3 hrs., Alkaline,
Sperm count - 59
actively motile -50%
Sluggishly motile - 10 %
Non Motile -40%
Morpholgy- abnormal form 5%
pus cell - 1-2
RBC - nil
epithelial cell- nil

cant figure out what is this, need help

that was relive but minor infection? did i need to take medicines for that, further i use to smoke did that have something to do with this
