Question: Hello. My Semen Analysis result: Sperm count: 55millions per ml colour: whitish Viscosity: Viscous Sperm Motility: Active: 35%, Sluggish:25% , Non motile: 40%. Morphology: Normal WBC: 4-5 HPF RBC: Nil.

Dear doctor,

My age is 29 years. I have been married for 1 year 8 months now and we dont have a child. I have no habit of smoking and Drinking. I am physically fit and look healthy. Please suggest me is the motility of 35% active and 25% sluggush a huge problem in me to get my wife pregnant Naturally? I cant afford for artificial process of conception.
