Brief Answer:
Semen shows sub-optimal sperms in report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
Giving opinion of semen analysis of 1 test only.
A sperm density of 20 million /ml.is needed for pregnancy.Your count is 15mill/ml.
Progressive motility A- should be more than 50-60% for a better chance for pregnancy. Your report shows 40 %.
Normal sperm shapes should be more than 60-7-%. Report shows < 55%.
In summary, the report shows sub-optimal sperms in the semen.
A further clinical examination, with an Urologist, to look for Varicocele and examination of genitalia is needed. A 2nd semen test after a gap of 6 weeks from first, and no intercourse for 2 days prior to semen test is needed.
You should do an Ultrasound doppler scan of the scrotum a blood FSH,LH,TESTOSTERONE, hormonal test will complete the tests.
If you contact me with the reports, i'll give you an expert opinion about treatment.
