Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting me about your health care.
I am so sorry about long delay in my response.
I have gone through your history and reports and understand your concerns.
In your reports your sperm count is low and abnormal morphology sperm is present.
In blood reports you had EBV infection in past and other blood reports are normal.
So now my questions is what you want to know or ask about of your problem?
Are you married and sexually active?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Once again sorry for delay.
Good luck.
Regards

Usually it presents as a fever, sore throat and normal flu like symptoms.
May I know your symptoms?
Morphology means structure of the sperm.
For fertility purposes count and shape and size (morphology) of sperm also important.
In your case you have more than 40% normal sperm,so the chances of conception is there in your case because now a days according to WHO criteria if 40% sperm or more than 40% sperm are normal than person can be considered as a fertile person.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
No it is not zero

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
You are most welcome.
No your morphology is not zero.
In a practical purposes or fertility prospect you are fertile though the fertility is low but morphology is not play a very important role in getting pregnant.
You have to understand like this,if your count is low but your motility is fine and if you are having abnormal morphology sperm but there peneterating power to egg is high than the chances of pregnancy are high.
In your case morphology is not considered zero because if the tail portion is normal and motility is good than chances of pregnancy are more.
Now a days more than 4% morphology is considered normal.
And one time semen analysis is not sufficient to give an idea of your fertility.
I have seen so many patients where sperm morphology is abnormal but they become father because fertility depends upon so many factors.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
Regards
