Brief Answer:
Suggests infection- bacterial or amoebic dysentery

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear. I've checked the reports.

There is some infection either may be amoebic dysentery or shigella infection. Because there is some blood tinge since it shows RBCs. Moreover, there is plenty of pus cells (40-50/hpf) which may suggest a bacterial infection.

You can consult a doctor who may treat you with antibiotics like tablet Ciplox-TZ or Flagyl. If you take a complete course for one week, you should be fine.

Drink lots of water, fruit juice, tender coconut water to keep yourself well hydrated. Also, ORS solution will help in controlling diarrhea.

In some rare conditions

Blood in the stool may be caused by bleeding in the digestive tract.

White blood cells camera.gif in the stool may be caused by inflammation of the intestines, such as ulcerative colitis, or a bacterial infection.

But do not worry about that. Consult a doctor who will examine you and do other tests if necessary.

Hope I have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I'll be glad to help you.

All the best
