                                    Brief Answer:
Need not to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through the medical reports you have attached.
The rise in MPV, Bilurubin and Triglycerides are not too high It indicates the recent liver or any infection which would have gone unnoticed. Right now i do not suggest you to take any medicines.
If you are really bothered, I treat such patients Wit TAB ROSUVASTATIN 1 Tab every day for a month. This is a prescribed medicines you can get them prescribed by a local consultant.
You can go for repeat test of the above after 2 months. If still high then treatment is recommended.
Any query do follow up.
Take care.

                                    Brief Answer:
Stop them for a month.
Detailed Answer:
Consuming one cigarette and beer once in a week can not be the soul reason but it can be a additional cause.
You can stop them for a month or 2 then get tested. Then the right cause can be ruled out.
Take care.
