Brief Answer:
Bonemarrow/histopathology correlation needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As per your FISH (fluorescent in situ hybridization) report you have multiple chromosomal anomalies.
I think you had done this investigation for evaluation of some haematological malignancy ( lymphoma/ leukemia).
These chromosomal changes are used to assess the prognosis of various blood malignancies. These will vary between the types of cancer, so bone marrow/histology correlation is needed for better assessment.
Generally one of your pattern (13q14) is not considered as good and suggestive of bad prognosis.
I request you to attach your biopsy reports in the follow up query for better understanding.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Out come is not favorable. Discuss with your gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

I'm sorry to let you know that the outcome of this pregnancy or not favorable. There is doubt if the fetus will be viable. Also there is significant risk for major complications after birth.
In this scenario you might need to undergo medical termination of pregnancy. Your gynecologist can provide more details about this.

Brief Answer:
This report looks normal

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

My apologies for misinterpreting the reports.
You haven't mentioned the genomic reflection per chromosome in the previous reports, so that I had taken that as zero. That's why I misinterpreted the results.
It looks perfectly normal and you can very well continue the current pregnancy.
Thanks
