Brief Answer:
widened left ventricle, part of lower wall not getting enough blood

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The heart is divided into the right and left side.

Each side consists of an upper chamber called the atria and a lower chamber called the ventricles.

The left atrium receives blood from the lungs , passes the blood to the left ventricle and the left ventricle then pumps blood out to the body.

Significantly dilated left ventricular cavity means that the left ventricle is wider or bigger than normal.
A dilated ventricle may not pump blood effectively causing the heart to have problems meeting the demands of the body so it can be dangerous.
This can , in some persons cause heart failure.

There are medications that can be used to help with this type of heart disease and controlling risk factors is also important(Eg hypertension, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol).

Progression can occur.

The inferior wall refers to the lower walls of the heart. Decreased perfusion (decreased blood supply) of the inferior wall means that part of the lower wall of the heart is not getting enough blood.
This can occur, if there is any blockage in the blood vessels supplying this particular area.
