Brief Answer:
Increased SGPT and GGT may indicate liver injury.I

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests raised SGPT,SGOT and GGT.
Increased SGPT and GGT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, obesity, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, auto immune causes etc.
GGT is specific for alcoholic liver injury.
SGOT is non specific and it increases in many conditions.

You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, viral markers, ultrasound of abdomen.
I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

You may need few more medicines after full investigations.

Normal range of calcium is 8.5 to 10.2 mg/dL.So calcium level is normal.

Normal range of uric acid is 2.4-6.0 mg/dL(female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL(male).
It is slightly decreased and it is not concerning.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
