Welcome back to HCM. Thanks for posting question
Your current TSH is elevated. Hope you are taking medications properly in morning empty stomach. Once on treatment your TSH should be less than 3 miu/ml. So you have to increase the Thyroxine dose.
If I were your treating physician I would have increased your Thyroxine dose to 100 mcg and followed you up after 2 months with thyroid function tests.
