What Does The Following Typhoid Report Indicate?

Question: My brother aged 52 years in blood report as follows= S.Typhi "O" -positve 1 in 160dilution and S.Typhi "H" positive 1 in 320 dilution and S.Para Typhi A(H) and B(H) = negative 1 in 20 in dilution = doctor told us it can be cured by injection so he told as to take 7 days with 2 injection each day? is it very serious condition? please help me with your answer

Seeing your brother reports indicates Typhoid Infection. It can be treated easily but if neglected or improperly treated it can be serious.

Now coming to whether he needs to be treated with Injection or Tablets , it depends on his condition. If he is very sick or fever is very high or he is not tolerating tablets because of vomiting or gastritis in that case it is advisable to treat him with injections.
