Question: transvesical ,endovaginal pelvic ultrasound .uterus is 9.1cm x6.6cm x 4.7 cm Myometrium is heterogeneous ,no discrete fibroid is measured. Multiple nabothian cysts. The endometrial thickness is 9mm. Ovaries (both) preserved color Doppler arterial blood flow. Left ovarian cyst 20mm x 19mm.(normal appearance) No adnexal masses, no free fluid with in cul-de-sac What is a Sonographic surveillance?
