Brief Answer:
You need to get your prostate removed by endoscopic surgery (TURP)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
enlarged prostate
Thanks for query and uploading reports of blood, urine and Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen which reveals that you have obstructive voiding symptoms due to enlarged prostate more specifically due to median lobe projecting in to bladder and causing significant post void residue which is the cause for infection and developing secondary urinary stones in the middle calyx .

In view of the isolated enlarged median lobe which does not respond to medical line of treatment I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist to resect enlarged prostate by an endoscopic surgery of Trans Urethral Resection of Prostate (TURP).

This is a gold standard surgery for removal of prostate practiced world wide and offers permanent cure .

Please consult qualified Physician for proper management of your Diabetes and abnormal liver functions detected on blood test and USG.

Hope I have answered your query .Please feel free to ask if you have more questions

Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Medicine will not help to satisfactory extent in your case

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

You have obstructive voiding symptoms due to mechanical obstruction at bladder outlet due to median lobe enlargement protruding in bladder .

I have observed closely over 43 years of practice that obstructive voiding symptoms due to isolated median lobe enlargement of prostate do not respond to medical line of treatment.More over medicines help only to improve urine flow but does not relieve primary cause that is Enlarged Median lobe .

You may take Tomsulosin (Urimax) once daily .

There s nothing to be worried about surgery .It will offer you permanent cure and will help to improve quality of life .

Thanks and Regards.
