Question : Hi Doctor, What does "single live intrauterine fetus of sociological age 19 weeks 1 day in variable lie" and the suggested note "foetal echo for evaluation of outflow tract".

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic
It is a normal baby of roughly 19 weeks gestation.
Baby at this stage is moving freely in waterbag so has a variable lie and is a healthy sign. Take all medicines as before and get a Fetal ECHO done which is too see the heart chambers and the outflow of blood through various chambers.
