Question : My Left kidney shows cortical echogenecity and cortico medullary differentiation in USG Report. Id there any problem or disease.

I understand your concern

A change in the renal cortical echogenicity may be associated with the onset of a kidney disease.
I would like to know whether you have any comorbid conditions like hypertension or Diabetes.
What is the reason of doing USG?
Have you done EGFR?
Do you have any symptoms?
Please upload USG result and tests result of kidney profile (serum creatinine, urine test) at the report section.
