                                    Brief Answer:
Could be drug induced
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Your SGPT and SGPT is slightly out of range.
Since you are a non alcoholic, the most likely cause is drug induced elevation.
Lipicard can cause raise in liver enzymes.
Fatty liver is also another common cause.
The uploaded documents not showing the ultrasound scan report. So please upload it.

                                    Brief Answer:
It is not a dangerous disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Fatty liver is not a dangerous disease as such. A small percent of people with fatty liver disease may progress to chronic liver disease.
Nusam is liver protective medication only. If you feel it is too costly, you can take Ursocol only.
The essential thing is treating the risk factors like high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity.
If you are obese, try to reduce weight.
Continue with other medications which you are already taking.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
