Brief Answer:
Mild decrease in abdominal girth.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have studied your ultrasound scan report. The fetal abdominal girth is slightly on a lower side. This will cause a decrease in the body weight of the baby. Since the fluid around the baby and placental maturity are alright there is no need to worry. The baby can catch up with this growth lag in next 3-4 weeks with proper medication and a good protein rich diet.
There is no effect on the other parts or development of the brain of the baby. The baby is healthy in all other aspects. The cause of decrease in abdominal girth is usually a lack of protein rich diet. Please do not worry.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
