What Does The Following Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Dear Doctor

My wife is pregnant and she has undergone scan and reports attached.
She is advised brd rest and taking below medicines advised by doctor

Folic acid
Susten 100 mg 1 each in morning and evening.
She is very tired and taking rest.

Please advise

Hello Sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen all the attached reports and they are all within normal limits.
As you must be knowing your wife is carrying a twin pregnancy and thus double the burden on her body and hormones.
Keep taking susten and folic acid as advised and also take care of the following points -
- ask her to have a good rest with no exertion at all
- avoid intercourse
- take ample amount of water
- ask her to take good amount of milk and green leafy vegetables
- almonds and walnuts are very good and should be taken on daily basis
- avoid any kind of stress
- keep taking all the medicines as prescribed daily without a miss.

Is there any checkups that needs to be done and when should be the next scan(NT) to be done. Doctor advised at end of 12 weeks.

Yes dear NT scan is done from 9-12 weeks and 12th week is best for good results.
Get it done and if the report is normal nothing active needs to be done, just keep taking the medicines as prescribed.
