Question : Epithelial cell 2-3/hpf > is that serious ? Urine RE report attached here.

having burning sensation while urination , and urination is more often than regular , is everything okay in my report ?

Just received the Urine RE report today morning.
having problem for last 4 days.
having cold cough problem for last 7/8 days , having medicine prescribed by doctor
having backache , had headache - bodyache ,
now no fever .
