Brief Answer:
I suggest to repeat the test one more time , another day.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear user.
I have gone through your question.

If this is a random blood sugar level than your test result is within the normal range.
Regardless of when you last ate, a random blood sugar level of 200mg/dL (11.1mmol/L) or higher suggests diabetes.Your test result is OK if the blood sample is taken at a random time.

If this is a fasting blood sugar level,i suggest to take another blood sample after an overnight fast.
If it's 126 mg/dL (7 mmol/L) or higher on two separate tests, you have diabetes.

If your second test result is suggestive for Diabetes Mellitus, my advice is to consult an endocrinologist.

Hope my information is helpful for you.
