Question : What does "High-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma, arising in low grade papillary urothelial carcinoma, non invasive" I get the high grade part is same as TAHG but i don't understand the arising in low grade part.
Brief Answer:
Indicates multiple of tumors within the same tissue
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
I can certainly understand your concern.
Thus indicates multiple origin of tumors, each in a different state of maturity.
Hence tumors can be of high grade and low grade simultaneously.
It's very important to consider BCG therapy at the earliest after discussing with your uroligist and oncologist.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
