Question : Hi can you please analyse these two reports for me and let me know the health of my liver and what does non reactive mean?

                                    Brief Answer:
Apparently normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
The reports are of liver function test and HbsAg and HCV
All your liver functions are normal
HbsAg and HCV are non reactive meaning at the time of the test no antibodies were detected but if you have been exposed to these viruses recently you need to get the test repeated
Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern

Seems you missed to upload
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your followup
Seems you have missed uploading the scan report
What I gather from the broken medical language mentioned in the query is that you have fatty liver but no gall stones
You need to reduce weight, avoid fatty meals, if consuming alcohol avoid taking it
Need to see the report to mention the prognosis
As mentioned take fat free diet
The pain in right upper quadrant can be attributed to fatty liver though found in some patients only
Hope this clears your doubts
Wishing you a healthy life ahead

hello doctor. apologies, I have enclosed them now. I would like to know at what grade is it at and how serious is it currently. is it completely reversible. the lab technician mentioned that it is at grade 2 and fat deposited all over liver. what does it mean. Am I in a fan dangerous situation which can't be reversed? I very rarely drink at some parties.maybe 3 times a year maximum I drink that too very less for social purpose.

                                    Brief Answer:
Diffuse fatty liver
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for uploading the reports
I have reviewed the reports, they are suggestive of diffuse fatty liver
I do not think I can grade it without realtime ultrasound, the radiologist who performed the USG would be in a better position
It is completely reversible if you avoid alcohol and change lifestyle
Perform exercise, fat free diet, antioxidants, hepatoprotective molecules like Hepatogard etc
It does not appear to be an irreversible state
Avoid alcohol completely
Hope this clears your doubts
