I have Reverse Blood Flow in my left leg and experience ankle swelling and skin discoloration. General Surgen suggest me to use Stockings up to knee, I used and now no swelling in ankles.
Also many times I felt pain like a needle pinch in right side where liver is. I also two times history of kidney stones. In Ultrasound Fatty Liver detected. My father had detected Adenocarenoma in liver and blocked Common bile duct immediate after 2 months of Gall Bladder removal. In Gall bladder 16mm nodule and 25mm stone was detected.

Please advise me regarding my Liver as I am concern to it after death of my father at 62. He was non-drinker/non-smoker and the same me too.

Brief Answer:
MILDLY ELEVATED LIVER ENZYMES; TAKE MEDICINES

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
And thank you for a detailed history and report presentation.
First of all, let me tell you that your liver function tests and kidney function tests do not show any major deviations or drastic changes which needs to be managed aggressively. Also, fatty liver as an USG finding is quite non specific these days but are alarming and needs to be taken care of. Also, you have history of kidney stones and pain right side abdomen sometimes. They can be interrelated.
Its unfortunate about your father but it is not very wise to think that the same will happen to you. Just do the following-

Avoid fatty and junk food as you are doing.
Take small frequent meals, plenty of fluid per oral and lots of dietary fibers and fresh fruits.
Do exercises like brisk walking, swimming and cycling etc. It will be better if you can reduce your weight by 2-4 kilograms.
Avoid smoking and alcohol strictly if any.
Get a blood for lipid profile done.
Get liver function tests repeated 6 monthly.
Take tab ursodeoxycolic acid 300mg 1 tab twice daily for a month.
Take tab Pantoprazole 40 once daily for 15 days before breakfast.
Get followed up by your surgeon for leg problem.

Consult your physician for prescription of the above.
Get back with the reports. Altered lipid profile if any might need medicines to start with.

Hope I have answered your question.
