Brief Answer:
possibly stone. require further investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. If during passage of urine, finding small size granular object is possibly a cast or a stone.
2. If its white or red, more possibly a cast.

Will require details of color or any infection or pain. If no change present, renal calculi is more possible. Will require ultrasound of abdomen to search for further stones. Also get an urine examination to check for any bleeding or or other chemical changes like protein.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
