Question : I was in my aerobic class two days ago and all of a sudden there was blood in my mouth. I tasted it and put my fingers in my mouth and sure enough it was blood. I left quickly with my water bottle and went to washroom and spit out some blood in sink. then rinsed and drank lots of water. went back in for the cool down 5 min later. what's going on"? I do 4 classes a week and have been for years. I am 68 years. Please advise. thx. XXXXXXX
