I have gone through the details. So occult blood in stool is s/o blood loss in the gastrointestinal tract. You will require upper gastroendoscopy and colonoscopy to look for the cause of blood loss. After that, definite treatment can be planned depending upon the cause of blood loss. Common causes include gastric erosions, ulcers and fissure.
