Brief Answer:
Improve dietary supplementation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Reports reveal marginal anemia and vitamin D deficiency. You are on vitamin D supplements along with B12 supplements. This is sufficient as medical management. However it would be better if you can include dietary supplements. Meat, cereals, fortified supplements, green leafy vegetables, millets and so on.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Do you have symptoms of deficiency???

Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply. I was unable to see your question due to technical reasons which is quite rare on this site.

At the outset, vitamin b12 deficiency and anemia found on your reports are marginal. And clinically we work hard to correct vitamin deficiency if patient is found to have symptoms of deficiency. You haven't reported any significant symptoms on your post. So let me know if you missed any information.

As far as supplementing folic acid is concerned, it is mandatory if you megalocytic anemia. Vitamin b12 uses up existing folic acid stores in rectifying anemia leading to severe folic acid deficiency. In such cases you will need to be on about 1500mcg of vitamin b12 and 5mg of folic acid.

In your cases, since the anemia doesn't seem to be from vitamin b12 deficiency neurokind plus (has 1500mcg of b12 along with 1.5mg folic acid) is sufficient. If Neurokind plus isn't available, you can consider tablet meganeurone (has 1500mcg of b12 and 5mg folic acid).

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Weakness may be due to anemia....

Detailed Answer:
The weakness and lack of energy may be due to anemia, vitamin deficiency or other medical condition. Please note that a health check is not a complete study to understand the cause of weakness and tiredness. She needs to be examined by a physician to correlate her symptoms with the reports. If any cause is missed out, it can be tested again.

You can continue the medications. But I insist she be examined by a physician.

Hope I have been helpful.
