Question: I recently went for sperm analysis and just wanna know if its normal or I need to do anything.

Colour whitish
Ph alkaline
Liquification time 40 mins
Total count: 35 million / ml
Active motile 25%
Sluggish motile 15%
Non progressive motile 20%
Non motile 40%
Pus calls 6-8 /hpf
RBC -2 /hpf
Normal forms 40%
Abnormal forms 60%

Thanks for your quick answer.

Can you advice that to increase my chances to father a child is there any precautions or techniques which I need to adopt specifically which will benefit me and my wife.

Like what to eat.
Any particular position while doing intercourse.
Do my wife need to lie done for few hours straight for sperm to reach its required destination.

Please advice the tips and tricks by which we can increase our chances.
