Viscosity : Fair
Liquification: 20 minutes
Reaction [ph] : Alkaline
Fructose : Present
Totatl sperm count : 48 ml/mL
Actively motile: 60%
Sluggishly motile :20 %
Non motile : 20 %
Sperm morphology:
Head : 2.00 %
Body : 1.00 %
Tail : 1.00 %
puss cells/hpf : 1-3/hpf

Hi

Morphology you have 96% normal sperms. 4% is ideal normal sperm morphology required.

Pus cells indicates infection. But you have small number of pus cells which is normal.

Overall your semen analysis report is normal. Don't worry.

Hi,

This amount of semen infection is common and needs n treatment as it is not effecting semen parameters.

Even then if you are concerned about treating the infection, you can go for semen culture and sensitivity test which helps in identifying the organism causing infection and also the antibiotic it is responsive to.
