What Does The Semen Test Report Indicate?

Question: PROBLEM: Two semen tests done. Both show contradictory results,it seems. Could you please check both of these results mentioned below and advice accordingly.

Report 1 ( semen test conducted on 3 May 2015)
Test result shows: Volume: 3 ml
viscosity: Normal
Reaction: Alkaline
Liquification time: 30 min
Sperm count: 18 mill/ml
Motilty
a. Actively motile: 60%
b. Sluggish motile: 10%
Non-motile: 30%
Abnormal forms: 5%
PUS cell: 6-8/ HPF
Abnormal heads 2%
Abnormal tail 3%
2ND REPORT ON SEMEN TEST CONDUCTED ON 4 AUGUST 2015 BY A DIFFERENT CLINIC SHOWS THE FOLLOWING RESULT:
1. Concentration: 55 mill/ml
2. Total 220 mill
3. Progressive 25%
4. Not progressive: 10%
5.Immobile: 65%
6. Total motile prog: 55 mill

Morphology: Normal: 1%
Abnormal: 99%
Head defects: 98.99%
Midpiece defects: 34.34%
Tail defects: 24.24%
Teratoz index: 1.58%
Nr pro. motile: .55 million
Diagnosis: Asthenoteratozoospermia

SEMEN CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY
1. Conventional Aerobic Culture & Sensitivity
Culture comment: NO PYOGENIC ORGANISM GROWN AFTER 48 HOURS OF AEROBIC INCUBATION AT 37 DEGEE CELCIUS

Hi,

You are right. Both reports are contradicting.

It is not possible to identify the better one as both show entirely opposite results.

I cannot rely on any of them. I suggest you visit an IVF Centre in your town who should be able to identify the parameters clearly. Let me know which city you are staying so that I can suggest a good IVF centre.

These both reports does not conclude anything definitely.

Thanks doc! I live in XXXXXXX could you please suggest names of good IVF centres. Also, how serious is the case (I am asking this despite getting this contradictory report)?

Morphology is low. It should be 4 percent at least. But report is not reliable. Let me know if you do repeat test so that I can advice further.

Dear sir, as per your advice, I have got my semen test done again. I have attached the file (SRL REPORT. pdf). In total, It will be my 3rd semen test report, as you know last two reports were contradictory, and I hope this report will help identify the problem, if there's any. Could you please check these 3 reports and tell me what exactly is the problem? Do I need to get it checked again (4th time)?
