Posted on Wed, 10 Dec 2014
Question: Sir I am feeling dizzy since last one month. I had my MRI of spine which showed Prominent disk-osteophyte-PLL complexes noted at C4 to C6 levels causing mild cord indentation at above level. My TSH level was also elevated as it was around 15. But by taking throup 75 my TSH has dropped down to 3.5. Kindly suggest treatment for continuous dizziness

Brief Answer:
Please attach reports for detailed discussion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail. At young age of 35 years you have cervical disc problems.

I want to asses your condition in details. I request you to please send cervical MRI report for my understanding. This will help me to know your problems better.

Dizziness is a non specific symptom and can be seen in conditions like cervical disc problems, any extreme blood sugar levels, conditions to do with blood supply to brain or any other medical conditions like thyroid or brain related.

Before we discuss all possibilities, I want to have a look at your reports including MRI and blood tests if done.

Waiting for updates from your end.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
