Brief Answer:
Almost normal results.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for posting your query.

The test results are mostly normal. This test is done to predict the risk of birth defects like trisomy 21, neural tube defects and Down's syndrome. Though the AFP is slightly higher and the uE3 is slightly lower than the expected normal levels, it is very low risk overall.

The MoM of uE3 is well above the documented level of 0.75, which has been shown to be associated with fetal growth restriction even with low risk for Down's syndrome. Therefore, there is no need to worry. Technical issues in sampling also should be considered.

Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
