Brief Answer:
Moderate-severe risk to serious cardiac events

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The seriousness cannot really be predicted without the percentage of blockage that should have been calculated. But from the provided information this can surely be taken as a warning to future serious cardiac events if care is not taken immediately.

Along with this I would also recommend three other investigations to be conducted, they are:

-Lipid profile
-Blood coagulation profile
-2D echo for your heart

If you could possibly get these investigations conducted as well before consulting your doctor, it would greatly help him/her for sure.

To answer your question with an approximate response (based on the limited information we have), I would say the report carries a moderate-severe risk to future potentially dangerous cardiac events.

I hope you find my response helpful ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
