Brief Answer:
Dominant follicle
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare Magic.
I have gone through your query and Would like to reply in detail as follows:
1. The ultrasound scan shows dominant follicle in right ovary. Means it is going to ovulate anytime now and best time to try for pregnancy is from now for next 4 days.
2. Left ovary shows multiple small follicles. Means they dont have dominant follicle.
3. If you dont conceive this cycle get HSG done for yourself to check tubal patency.
4. Get Semen analysis of husband.
I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.
Regards,
Dr. Soumya
