Brief Answer:
Slight growth restriction

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the ultrasound report.
It shows twin fetuses.
Both are having slight growth restriction, but since the Doppler studies are normal, there is nothing to worry, as the blood flow to the fetuses are normal.
There is also more fluid around the fetuses, and hence it is written as Polyhydramnios.
The severity of Polyhydramnios depends upon the Amniotic fluid index( AFI) which is not mentioned in this ultrasound.
Rest everything is normal.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Slight growth restriction in fetuses is normal in twin pregnancy. Till the Doppler studies show normal blood flow to both the fetuses, there is absolutely nothing to worry. However, regular2 weekly ultrasound should be done to monitor fetal growth and blood flow. Your wife should take high protein diet and rest to promote fetal growth.
Increased fluid around the fetus can lead to preterm labour, but it depends on the amount of fluid, which is not mentioned in the ultrasound report.
