Question: My blood pressure is 114/69 is that hypotensive? The bottom number seems low

Hello,

both readings (systolic and diastolic) are completely normal. A low blood pressure can be defined as a pressure lower than 90/60 mmHg. The diastolic part is not as important as the systolic one in most cases.
