Brief Answer:
blood pressure normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

You are doing very well, congratulations. It can be hard to lose weight and you have managed to lose 20 pnds, so that is very good.

Your blood pressure is normal. Normal blood pressure is a systolic (top value) of less than 120 and a diastolic (bottom value) of less than 80.

If the systolic is between 120- 139 OR the diastolic is between 80 to 89 then a person is called prehypertensive. This means that they do not have high blood pressure as yet but are at risk of developing it.

Above these values a person would be diagnosed with hypertension.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions. Wish you luck on the rest of your weight loss journey

Brief Answer:
doing very well

Detailed Answer:
HI

You are doing well. Once you reach your goal, you can consider weighing at least once weekly.
If you notice any increase of 5 pounds above your baseline, you would restart dietary changes to reduce weight again. This way the weight would be more likely to remain in control.

God bless and good luck
