Hi

Non pathologically enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes in CT scan indicate that the enlargement of mediastinal lynph nodes are very small in size and it is not clinically significant.

There is nothing to worry and a course of antibiotic like augmentin with doctors advise will make the mediastinal lymph nodes to disappear
