Brief Answer:
Means spreading of cancer cells in the abdominal lymph-nodes...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. The full ct-scan report is requested to evaluate the changes by myself before giving a final conclusion.

2. Paraaortic lymph-nodes are part of lymphatic system collecting lymph from the pelvic organs.

The significant paraaortic adenopathy noted on ct scan gives reports regarding the dissemination of cancer in the abdominal lymph-nodes causing their enlargement.

The changes are significant in evaluating the course of possible chemotherapy you might have gone through.

However, I need to have the full report of ct-scan and want to know your actual medications (chemotherapy? radiation? surgery)? I also need to have the reports of tests done before treatment to see the changes!

Hope the best for you!
