                                    Brief Answer:
Fat deposition in the liver
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Hepatic steatosis is the most common liver disease in most parts of the western countries. It is often due to consumption of a high fat diet. There is accumulation of fat in the liver.
This requires treatment with
1. Weight reduction
2. Tab Atorvastatin
3. In over weight individuals I prescribe Tab Orilistat once a day
Whereas extra hepatic bile duct dilatation is because of an obstruction either by a stone or a cyst.
Small non obstructing calculi in the kidneys are often only an incidental funding, it will not cause any harm to you
I hope I was of help ,if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
