Hi,Dear thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed your health concerns with the facts of your query and Medictions tried profile.
Dear I understood your health problems and feel concerned about them.
Would you please update more information on -
Since How long this pain with mass in right lower abdomen is there?
How it started first and got noticed by you?
Any bleeding per rectum in the past?
Any history of past bowel illness since childhood?
Any history of Diverticulosis / Colitis / and Cancer in the family?
Update any reports of the past illness and of the investigations done in this case lately.
Please send the scanned copies of the CT Abdomen report/

and HPR study report of the Colon Biopsy.
Have you consulted Second GI Surgeon in regard to hemicolectomy advised from the attendign Doctor?
Whether "CT Abdomen with Iv Contrast with reformatted images"- was done to assess the right lower abdomen mass and if Yes send its scanned copy of the report?
Narrate how the disease progressed and was noticed by you over the recent and old past?
Will await this important info from You,before I could suggest you on the further plan of investigation and treatment.

Welcome for any further query and information in this regard, which I would reply and help you out of this dilemma-whether re-colonoscopy or any other test would fix the exact need for Hemicolectomy?
