What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

Question: 5/16 a ct scan showed 17 "masses" in my lungs. My family doctor didnt seem to worried because they were too small to biopsy. I have had varying degrees of difficulty breathing more in the evening than morning. and some occasional pain upper left center of chest. also found masses in both kidneys, liver, thyroid and left adrenal gland. Lately Im not sleeping thru the night because abdominal discomfort, which seems to subside by late morning.

Hello dear. I have gone through the details.

I am afraid because 6 month was a long period to follow up. Masses scattered in multiples in vital. Organs needs to be evaluated as soon as possible. Get a PET-CT of whole body done and a biopsy should be done from the most easily accessible site.
