Question : I am having the cyst in the tail and body. If I under go operation what will be the problem I will get operations please find the attached file for reference

I studied the CT scan report in detail.
There is a cyst in the Body and Tail of Pancreas.It can be removed.Sometimes,spleen will also be removed along with the cyst.
There will be no problem after surgery.
If it is not removed,the cyst may increase in size and cause severe pain and distension.
Nothing to worry.

If I will under go operation doctor says they will remove the liquid and the part will be connected to the stomach. If so is there any chance of dis advantage or issue will happen for me. Because I am already a diabetic. So I am worried about the operation. If done then what are the side effects will happen for me. Please advice

As per your description, the procedure that is going to be done is Cystogastrostomy.The Cyst will be communicated to the Stomach by an anastomosis.
I have done many cases of Cystogastrostomy without any complications.
Your blood sugar levels should be maintained normal after surgery to prevent infection.
This is the safest procedure for a Pancreatic cyst.
You can proceed with surgery.

Dear sir,
Now I am getting a feel like Non digestion and also feeling that i am bending body front side. and also I am having a doubt? My doctor says that we will wait for this cyst for some time and then if need we will undergo operation otherwise without having pain we don't need operation right now.
If so is there any possibilities to reduce the size of cyst or drain naturally ? . or after a time if the pain happens they will remove the cyst. I am not able to conclude this .
If surgery is done do can I workout in GYM ? or is there any other stomach related problem will come to me .
One of my doctor friend said that you can't lift or run or swim after this operation is done If so the joint in the stomach part will get more pain. Now I am in Fear .so please advice me

There is a chance of spontaneous resolution.

Hi
I have seen few cases of spontaneous resolution of pancreatic cysts.
As the wall thickness is 4mm, you can wait.The cyst may naturally disappear.
If the surgery is done by Endoscopic method,you can go for Gym after surgery.If it is done by Open procedure,you have to wait for few months to go to gym.
Your abdomen should not get strained after
Open surgery.
If the Cyst wall thickness is 6cms,success rate of surgery will be more.
You can wait and watch.
