Brief Answer:
I need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the CT report you have attached.
This report suggests upper lobe bronchiectesis with upper lobe ILD (interstitial lung disease).
There are many causes for this.
So I need to know few more things first.
So please let me know
1. Do you smoke?
2. Have you ever had tuberculosis or pneumonia in the past?
3. Where do you work?
4. Do you have allergies?
5. Do you have any pet?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of old healed lesions is more.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
These CT lesions are more suggestive of old healed lesions.
Since you were smoker for 10 years, these old healed lesions can be due to cigarette smoking.
Smoking can cause upper lobe fibrosis and bronchiectesis.
Another possibility is old undiagnosed tuberculosis or pneumonia.
In my opinion, you should get done bronchoscopy and XXXXXXX (bronchoalveolar lavage) to rule out active infection.
You will need inhaled bronchodilators for breathlessness.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
