Brief Answer:
Trauma face

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
There is fracture of maxilla and blood in the maxillary sinus. If there is no malalignment of teeth or any disfigurement of face, nothing is to be done except medical management. The swelling of parietal region also is superficial as CT brain is absolutely normal. From the CT findings, patient is completely out of any danger. but if your patient is having any of the following symptoms than it is a matter of concern like seizures or unconsciousness or any vision problem. In that case you should consult a neurologist.
For the CT findings if no malalignment of teeth is there than medical management with antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs is to be done. The CT scan done is just CT brain, get a CT PARANASAL SINUSES DONE to rule out any other facial fractures. Possibly there will be a nasal bone fracture as suggestedby the impact of injury obvious on CT.
Follow up with the CT paranasal sinuses reports.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
